NUTRITION
Soymilk is an ideal alternative to dairy milk.
Soymilk delivers many of the same important nutrients as cow’s milk including calcium, vitamin D, and protein. And unlike many forms of cow’s milk, soymilk is very low in saturated fat and is cholesterol-free, making it a great choice for those with cholesterol or heart health concerns.
Myth: Soymilk doesn’t provide calcium.
In fact, most fortified soymilks have just as much calcium as dairy milk—and some have even more.1
